The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has launched a partnership with Panopto — an innovative developer of AI-driven video solutions for learning.
As part of this initiative, institutions of vocational, professional pre-higher, and higher education will receive free licenses to use Elai (https://elai.io/) — an innovative tool for creating high-quality video content without a film crew.
💻 Elai allows users to turn text into videos with voiceovers in more than 70 languages, choose from over 80 AI presenters, add interactive elements, and work in a convenient editor.

Applications will be reviewed by a joint project team of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Panopto. The program will primarily focus on institutions currently conducting the educational process in distance or blended learning formats.
